These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CTS WORKOUT SYSTEM website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Description of Services

CTS WORKOUT SYSTEM (“CTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a physical and mental training system accessible online, including but not limited to:

  • Digital training programs
  • Exercise videos, guides, and educational materials
  • Fitness programs adaptable to various fitness levels and environments

All content is provided solely for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

The Platform is intended exclusively for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement
  • You are in adequate physical condition to participate in physical activity
  • You assume full responsibility for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for you

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

CTS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform, without prior notice.

4. Fees and Access

At this time, access to the Platform is provided free of charge. CTS reserves the right to modify, restrict, or introduce paid features at any time without liability.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination will take effect immediately upon completion of the cancellation process. CTS is not responsible for the loss of data following account termination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the CTS WORKOUT SYSTEM methodology, workouts, videos, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and branding, is owned exclusively by CTS WORKOUT SYSTEM CORP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from CTS.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or distribute Platform access or content
  • Upload, transmit, or publish unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Platform

CTS reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its sole discretion.

8. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer of Liability

Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity
  • CTS WORKOUT SYSTEM, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse outcome
  • Results may vary, and no specific results are guaranteed

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTS disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. Modifications to Terms

CTS reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local laws apply.
